General Information

Connect, learn, and engage with counselors throughout the state on November 2 &3, 2023 at the Utah Valley Convention Center located at 220 West Center Street, Provo UT 84601.

Once again, you will have the opportunity to register to attend conference in person or virtually.

We are bringing in some of the best experts in to Utah just for this event. You will receive in-depth training from amazing nationally known and respected industry experts and respected school counselors from around the state. 

If you are going to choose just one conference for 2023-2024, this is it!

This will be a two-day event to keep your counseling expertise moving forward.  We will offer re-licensure points through certificates offered at the event, USBE Credit, or Weber State University Credit.  You will be able to choose 1 of the 3 credit options for this event.  

Registration Information

When you register for in person or virtual attendance you will receive access to the online portal with all of the recorded presentations.  Due to this option, we will not be able to accommodate changes to registrations from in person to virtual at any point of the registration process.   Any changes from virtual to in person will be made by charging the additional registration fee for in person, but will be based on space availability.   Select your preferred method to attend at the bottom and you will be directed to the corresponding registration page.

No changes to registration, including cancellation, will be made in or after the late registration  (October 11 - October 31, 2023) period.  Please request any changes or cancellations prior to October 11, 2023. 

Do you want to save on the conference fees - Register now!    The Early Bird Registration will be available until September 15th! You can also renew your membership and pay for conference registration in one payment. All pricing options can be reviewed on the registration page.

Would you like to attend conference for free?  If so, please consider being a presenter, please apply here! We would love to hear your ideas!  The application for presenters closes on September 1, 2023.  Please consider and apply early!

HOTEL Information
